2. Timeframe: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need a different size or style. Therefore, we offer a generous exchange window of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that after this period, we will not be able to process any exchanges.

We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on swimwear items that have had their protective hygiene strip removed.

5. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. However, if the exchange is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong size or style, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for exchange. These items are clearly indicated on our website, and we encourage you to review the product details before making a purchase.
