If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Whether you changed your mind, the item didn't fit, or you simply didn't like it, we've got you covered.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by phone or email to request a return authorization number. This number is essential for processing your return.
  2. Once you have received your return authorization number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. These items include swimwear bottoms, underwear, and earrings. Additionally, any items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement or refund.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This will ensure that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
